Union Iron Works Announces the Launch of its HSI Equipment Line

Decatur, Illinois – Union Iron Works (Union Iron) has introduced a new product line of galvanized bucket elevators, chain conveyors and structural equipment under its HSI brand in February of 2010. These products target large farms, small commercial facilities and international markets in capacities to 10,000 BPH.

HSI dates back to the 1940’s when Royce Huss and Jerry Schlieper began manufacturing grain handling equipment in Decatur, IL.

HSI became a well know name in the commercial grain handling and processing industries and in 2001, Union Iron purchased the complete HSI product line. Since then, Union Iron has continued to market distributors and gravity screeners with the HSI brand.

Union Iron will formally launch the new HSI product line in Louisville at the National Farm Machinery Show, February 11-14th. Please visit www.hsisystems.com for more information about the entire product line.
